Congratulations to Elizabeth Pennell, Class of 2022, NBHS! Elizabeth was presented with her framed masterpiece that was selected as a Principals Art Choice Award winner when Elizabeth attended WvES. Elizabeth plans to attend Western Carolina University and major in English.
