Visit this BCS Virtual Learning Google Site for current information about device and software updates, virtual learning policy, how-to instructions, and other helpful information.  This is an active site, so information is added and changed to help provide the most up-to-date virtual news.

Technology Help Desk

One of the most useful tools is the Help Desk Live Chat , available 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday-Friday.  A technician can guide you through issues you may be having wile you're on the phone.  A Spanish-speaking technician (Técnico- Habla Espanol) is available each day from 8am-4pm.
